My name is Erika & I'm the creator of this space.

When I began my awakening to the abuse in my life, getting out, fighting in a system that rewards abuse (with 5 kids by my side nonetheless), finding support and understanding was one of the biggest challenges. People do not understand hidden abuse, and they shame you for 'not seeing it, or leaving sooner'

That's why I wanted to create an accessible survivor space where everyone on a similar journey can join and seek support. Where there will be no shame, or blame. My weekly free Meetup Support groups are there for anyone who wants to join.

I hope you find the resources helpful, and I look forward to meeting you at a support group, working with me in my membership or course and classes, or becoming a 1:1 client.
